Eskom Regional Contact Centres
In addition to the national customer care line, Eskom operates regional contact centres for specific supply areas. If you are unsure whether your area is supplied by Eskom or your municipality, call 08600 37566 and an agent will direct you to the correct office.

The MyEskom Customer app provides a range of self-service functions including buying prepaid electricity tokens, logging faults, checking outage maps, viewing load shedding schedules, and managing your account. The app is free to download on Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store).
The Eskom website at www.eskom.co.za allows you to check the load shedding status, find your supply area schedule, and access the online customer portal for account queries.
Electricity theft and meter tampering are criminal offences under Section 22 of the Electricity Regulation Act. Offenders face criminal prosecution, disconnection of supply, and liability for all stolen electricity.
Reporting Electricity Theft

Use the customer care line on 08600 37566 or report via the MyEskom Customer app. Eskom has dedicated anti-theft teams that investigate reports. Your identity will be kept confidential.
